Jabiru Kids employs a team of skilled and enthusiastic managers and program workers and a small group of administrative support staff. We employ permanent staff who work every day, and a roster of casuals who provide us with the capacity to respond to changing child:staff ratios, depending on the numbers of children booked in at each site.

We are always looking for happy, caring childcare professionals to join our team. Our staff must be over 17 years of age.

Our Program Site Managers are required to have, or be studying towards, a Diploma in Childcare. Many of our permanent program workers have, or are studying towards, a Certificate III in Childcare.
