You need to book your child’s care at Jabiru Kids at least five working days prior to the date when you require care. This means that your booking needs to reach us by 6.00pm, five working days in advance (remember not to include public holidays and weekends in this).

If you provide us with five days’ notice, we will guarantee that care is available for your child if your child is already enrolled at the centre and the centre is not fully booked. We will do our best to assist parents who work casually or work unpredictable or flexible hours, but we will only guarantee care if five days’ notice is provided.

All bookings must be made using the appropriate booking form, and must be signed by the person responsible for paying the account.
